This means that we cannot accept walk in repairs and we will need to arrange a courier to pick-up / drop off devices.

The following changes will ensure that we are able to offer support for your IT whilst adhering to the government guidelines.

  • All repairs need to be collected and returned via courier or a member of the Quest Team
  • Payment can be taken over the telephone and through internet transfer
  • Remote support is available by telephone or remote control

We are still able to provide onsite business support & business emergency IT support.
